“My husband's funeral was at Billows last fall. We went there because his parents had gone there too many years ago. The employees were calm and friendly and moved at our pace,which was conforting. We picked the casket and other items and were not pressured into higher prices or unecessary purchases. The funeral was lovely and our family and friends were made comfortable by the staff.
