I wish I had read the 2.5 reviews on other sites but will Not be back here when buying a new car in a few years. I left a 1 star review on every site I could. We bought a 2025 Prius & had to jump it ourselves to get it to start. We were told this would be taken care of-it wasn't. It was night, we couldn't see & they rushed us through but yet we were there until 9 or 9:30 PM on a work night. They did not give us time to review paperwork & now I will be refinancing as well wasting more time I didn't have. I was going to Warrensville Heights & definitely regret not going there. I urge you to buy elsewhere. After the sale- you are nobody here. My husband noticed the front tires were bad the next day & called them. Both the salesman & management pretty much stated too bad when they told us to come up & purchase new ones. The salesman we bought off my husband said he may bring the car back & he hung up on him. He tried to call him back 3 separate times & he would not talk to him. We also talked to the owner's son with no response so the fact that the owner is stating they want to make it right is incorrect since they had that chance several times & chose to ignore it but hey it's all good-we (& others we know won't be back nor go there again) guess the reviews online are correct & we should have heeded their warnings. Lesson learned & will tell everyone I know. We gave them a 2018 trade in with new brakes, new rotors, new battery, new back windshield wiper & fairly almost new tires. We expect the same treatment on a 2025. Went here as our old salesperson at another dealership left & they asked for a chance to earn our business. Lesson learned the hard way. Definitely not going back. In any case word of mouth is the best tool. Buyer beware. The only good there-Lucas helped us figure out how to get started on setting up our remote start.

Danny Coons and his Head of Maintenance were great! My wife and I were in a bind with our truck on a Friday. It needed major repair and we were 3 1/2 hours from home. They had us fixed and ready to go by 1:00 pm Saturday. Great people! Great Service!

The service was great. The inspections always find some needed repair that should be taken care of. Having tracked all service at Ganley the most recent suggestion should have found that the suggested repair was not needed so soon. Just he happy with repeat and satisfied customers. Don’t try to bilk us!
