The company handles numerous shipments, including local runs and coast to coast routes. They are professional, easy to communicate with, and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The team provides a level of care and consistency, always taking the time to do required drop-off tasks like portal appointments and sending POD's. Although some customers do not regularly require freight, General Transport is always willing to help and has saved them in a pinch a number of times. They are a first class, gold star, and reliable trucking company that always delivers on their promises.
