For the second week, on Saturday I attempted to order food from the kitchen at the GetGo on 224 and Massillon Rd. Both nights I was served by William. The first night I did not receive one of the two sandwiches I ordered but did not notice until I got home. I attempted to contact GetGo/Giant Eagle but got no response.
Tonight I ordered food and while I was waiting William asked if I had ordered online. After answering he told me they didn't have half the food I had ordered and when I asked if I would be receiving a refund he told me he had no idea, that he could not help me. neither was I going to get an equal substitute. He was very uncaring and unhelpful. While the other GetGo Kitchens in the area are very high quality, I would seriously consider avoiding this one.

Stopped to get gas and iced coffee for me and my husband. We always stop here on our way thru. The place was clean and employees are friendly but skip the made to order coffee. I don't even think there was coffee in my iced latte or the iced mocha we ordered. It took longer than it should have and I'm pretty sure my husband just got chocolate milk. It was white milk with chocolate syrup on the bottom and he had to mix it himself! Going to Starbucks next time!

Stopped to get food around 1130pm and kitchen was closed. This was the third or fourth time this has happened to me sometimes they're open sometimes they're not it's hit or miss with the food if it's past like 8:00 I would just go to someplace else they have better food than sheets if they're open and if they have the food in stock not the best well-run place if they are open get the chicken tender sub it's bomb

Cafe experience was terrible. Ordered a breakfast burrito and a steak quesadilla and wish I wouldn’t have. The eggs in the burrito were so watery the wrap was falling apart. The quesadilla barely had anything inside of it half the tortilla was empty. Very disappointed,

This Get Go is amazing because of one employee! I will not post her name but you cant miss her. My now 6yr old son has absolutely adored her since he was 3yrs old. Her constant hair colorings from pink to blue to green always makes her stand out. Along with her piercings. But she is an absolute amazing person. She makes sure to give him a small gift for his birthday even if it had passed. The store itself is well kept and clean, even the bathrooms. But we frequent this Get Go bc my son always hopes that his best friend employee will b there. This Get Go could be the worst in the nation and we would still go just for her energetic contagious personality. I can’t recommend this Get Go enough! If you happen to be there on a day this amazing person is working you will leave with a smile.

This is a get-go and is pretty much exactly like all of the others. It has made to order food, beer, donuts, coffee, and all the other normal gas station type products. Type products. The bathrooms are reasonably clean and the staff are reasonably friendly.

Pumps pump Diesel slow, Everytime I go there the scanners never work and if they do it takes 5 minutes of moving your phone around trying to get it to read for My Perks Pay I have been leaving get go and going to other local stations because of the inconvenience and I spend atleast $1,000 a week there. I hope they can get it together because it's not that old of a station.

If you do t want to make sandwiches then do t apply at a GetGo with made to order food. It’s that simple.
