Watch prices. Bought several items that said one price on shelf and higher when checked out. Also had several items that were on special and rung up not on sale.

Wish they would open more self check out lines at this location. There is always a long line for self checkout but only 2 or 3 self checkouts open. Also I do not recommend using the restroom here as it is not very clean.

I am above-knee amputee confined to wheelchair; I have some brain damages and hard to talk; Celena B at c/o was Super kind and friendly and helped me to load all my groceries in easy to handle bags in my personal cart also Big Thanx to young Lady stocking who offered me help as I got confused and it is embarrasing but I get lost in the stores from my brain problems. The store was very clean and everything was fresh and well stocked.

No cashiers and my 85 year old mother had to check out her full cart. She said there were a few older ones who did not like to do their own scanning, nervousness, and not knowing how. I don't mind having the self checkouts for when I have small purchases, but there also should be actual cashiers for the big orders PLUS for the elderly. They are taking away more jobs, and I find it greedy for stores to do so. To ring and bag is a lot to be asking at the prices the way they are. I told her to go elsewhere next time.

We ordered a MLK half sheet cake on Friday morning. We received the approval of the order with a note if there were any questions the bakery would call or email. (Friday evening.)
Pick up time was 3:00 today. We had received no email or calls from Giant Eagle. So, it was pretty shocking to find out that they didn't make it.
We now have no cake, and their attitude was abysmal. No apologies. No reason for not notifying us.
Obviously never go back there
