Bought 4 tires and scheduled an appointment online. Called to see if I can schedule an earlier appointment which they did. Showed up and my tires haven't arrived yet. No big deal. It just would have been cool for a call so I didn't waste my time driving. Tires get in. Go to have them installed. Now before going in no tire light was on. Somehow as they were putting on the new tires they found two broken TPS sensors. I didn't argue paid for new ones. Then as they were put in the fourth tire on they popped it so I had to wait for another tire to come in things happen but this will now be my third trip there. Tire gets in. Once again no tire light on but as they're putting it on they tell me that they found the TPS sensor was snapped. I called them on it and they said they would take care of it. As I go out to my car low and behold the tire lights on and they did not take care of it.. when I called to ask about it they transferred and then hung up on me. Dishonest folks and would suggest going elsewhere.

Super kind staff. Their curtesy check is so comprehensive and I was surprised they didn't try to sell me any repairs or take advantage of me! Awesome set of guys and nice lobby!

Got a whole set of tires for my nissan rogue. They had excellent customer service and apologized for the 3 hour wait time. They were busy so I understand. They also let me use a coupon I had and I walked away happy with a brand new set of cheap but good quality tires. Tony was helpful over the phone.

Came in with something in my tire. Made an appointment looked up my records and even ordered tires in case we needed them.
Ended up being a small screw and did not need replaced. Outstanding service from the Manger,Advisors and tech even came in and showed me the screw that was in the tire. Will definitely be back.

I took a freshly painted truck to this location to have a set of tires put on, I walk out I noticed a big scratch on my door of the truck along with a greasy boot print on the chrome portion of my step bar. I go back in to tell the store about the scratch and they refused to do anything about it. I called corporate office filed a claim, and they denied the claim. Never will I return to Goodyear for anything as I’m also on my 4th set of tires in 2 weeks due to poor quality tires. White letters turn brown on a brand new set of tires within days.

Went to Fairlawn Goodyear. They did not top off my fluids or rotate my tires with my oil change. I went back the guy barely looked at my tires and told me it was because my tires were bald. I went to buy tires somewhere else and they told me my tires were fine. I will walk first before I ever go here again.

Got both fog lights replaced. Received a ridiculous quote for two hours of service, but I was very happy to discover that it only took one hour. Saved $200!

My experience was Goodyear was excellent. I missed an appointment and another Shop had driven the distance to get there and they could not accommodate me. When I contacted this Goodyear location told me to come over and I did and they treated me with extreme respect and professionalism it was the best experience I’ve ever had in any car shop ever. I am a 68 year old widow. Thankfully, there are still honest professional companies. The store was immaculate. The shop was immaculate and the treatment from the team member Timothy Young was superb. There is an also a young man that took care of me from the outset, Anthony Scott. Thank you both. I have a feeling that each and every employee at that location operate with the same level of professionalism and politeness and respect due to great management and working conditions. You don’t find that everywhere today. Thank you, Goodyear, I’ll be back. My new car shop.
