On seperate occasions I've had to take my son here (mixed child) because I wasn't able at his normal barbershop and it's always a poor quality hair cut here I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but I truly am disappointed the hair line aren't ever even clean or straight and that I don't get

Don't bother checking in online. The wait time will be doubled by the time you get there as they like to let walk ins cut in front of you regardless if you are already there or not.

I signed up online for my husband to get a haircut and came in and the stylist was rude not even to me first but to him and then followed by me as I was confused. She did not ask us anything just said his name which we assumed she had all his information. Instead she just started arguing and flipping her computer around.
I signed up online and did a check in I didn’t realize being a brand new customer we had to also give her info for her computer between her tone and her cutting us off talking I was done and ready to leave. My husband unfortunately stayed and got his haircut because the wait time down the street was higher.
This was my one and only time coming here. I was nice my only problem was understanding.
She also took her name tag off before she came back so idk what her name is.
But this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Was at Great Clips yesterday my son has autism and if I knew what I do I know I wouldn't have tipped the hair stylist she was upset because of the Clippers and my son hair is think It was a terrible cut. It was the stylist from Cleveland. She made him feel uncomfortable.
