Terrible experience. They are not knowledgeable in their field or in safety. They are there to sell you on expensive treatments for your teeth to make a buck. I left my first appt without my teeth even being cleaned. Luckily was able to go back to my old dentist who confirmed I had no issues and did not need the hundreds of dollars of treatments they recommended. Go to your local home town dentist or don’t bother!!

I recently visited Great Expressions for the first time and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The office atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a clutter-free and spotless environment that immediately put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists were incredibly welcoming, making me feel like I was in good hands. As a new patient, I had many questions, and the staff was extremely friendly and eager to provide answers. Their attentiveness was truly appreciated. During my visit, I had x-rays, an oral exam, and received a gingivitis treatment. The dentist himself was not only compassionate but also highly knowledgeable, addressing all of my concerns with patience and care. He took the time to explain the procedures thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. A special shout-out to Megan, the hygienist, who provided outstanding services! She was professional, gentle, and made the entire experience as pleasant as possible.Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend great expressions and their team to anyone seeking top-notch dental care in a friendly and spotless environment.

Office has gone down hill over the years. I try and give the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I’m well aware my teeth problems are due to my own issues. Having multiple issues after Dr. Kimchi left I should have just moved on from Great Expressions. Dentist after Kimchi left had me in so much pain after unsuccessfully attempting an extraction. Yes attempting Advised she would call in a pain relief to my pharmacy to find out upon arrival she called in Ibuprofen. Called the on call line and explained everything that was going on and NEVER received a call back. Made a complaint online and shocker….never heard a word. After 60 plus minutes waiting on a “treatment plan” today i am throwing in the towel. Staff is too worried about listening to the overly loud radio and singing along. I attempted to upload a copy of the singing but the connection was terrible so I will save you that nonsense. I’m sure I’ll get the canned response of please reach out at whatever email address but we are beyond that. Didn’t get a response last time why would I this time. You have my info and if you wanted to make it right that’s on you. However we are beyond that.

It was over so fast he blew my socks off, the prep nurse was with me every step of the way she absolutely awesome. Before I knew anything I was back in the car and headed home, that's all anyone ever wants from a dentist visit is a good memory and that's what I got... thanks a lot Great Expressions

My dentist referred me here for receding gums. What can I say I trusted them. They do these gum grafts with no explanation at all. What are the the pros and cons? What is the success rate? My graft failed. 2 second opinions confirmed it. 2 fillings, root canal and crown, all in the exact spot the graft was performed within less than a year. A year of constant pain and sensitivity. Over 3k spent in all thanks to a terrible referral. What a waste.
