10 out of 10! I was nervous coming initially- as a first time buyer I’ve heard so many horror stories I was convinced I would have the same experience and braced myself to spend the day arguing back and forth about pricing. I sat with Julie first in financing and she really eased my nerves about being approved. In sales I worked with Kevin, he made the process so simple and easy to understand. I was lucky that the vehicle I purchased was even on the lot- I did buy used, and Gina really took her time to help me pick a warranty package that both fit my budget and needs. I left with everything I could have needed! I genuinely cannot praise this team enough, Thanks to everyone I have an awesome car for a fair price!

Purchased a used car there a week ago. There were 3 different brands of tires on it. The car should have at the least had all time BTW (BMW) should have had run flats. They matched 2 tires. It was like pulling teeth to get that done! Then I had my own approval for financing & they still tried to run my credit report. Have that froze & my phone was blowing up from all the hits they were doing (said they wouldn't be doing that). Never again. Saleslady (Alisha) was nice & is the only reason it's not 1 star.

I had an outstanding experience at this dealership a week ago! My salesperson Sarah and finance rep Rick were both amazing from start to finish. This had been my first time buying a car at a dealership and they made the process smooth. Everyone was extremely nice, patient, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I ended up up with the exact car I wanted and I absolutely love it! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!!!

Dylan and Jared took great care of me. Everyone there, from the front desk to the sales/finance managers took great care of me. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen without pressuring me.
Dylan is the best salesman I've ever had. He was fun and very knowledgeable. He either knew the answer or how to find out quickly. I've never a more pleasant experience car shopping before.
Highly recommend him as well as the entire dealership!

Buyer Beware! The customer service is terrible. The workers talk to the customers any type of way very bad customer service skills. Shana is very rude and nasty. And she also lied so that tells me a whole lot. I spent big money with Great Lakes Honda. I definitely would not recommend. She acted as if my brand new car issues was bothering her. Like really why lie to and on your customers shanae? That’s right, she said something I never said, but the girl can definitely tell a lie. And pretend my car issues is affecting you. But they will lie to protect one another in the service Department from my experience. And I do not appreciate that and I would not recommend any of my friends or family to buy from Great Lakes Honda. And I bought a brand new 2025 and that vehicle had issues that Honda didn’t want to own up to. And to that I say Buyer beware!

Waited 45 minutes for a simple estimate/ numbers question for pricing on a new vehicle only to find our sales associate working with someone else as we left the building after being tired of waiting around. Pretty poor way to treat customers when she said it would be 3-5 minutes.

Claims to sell the Honda Type R at MSRP but makes dealer add-ons mandatory or they won’t sell the vehicle. I will not now or ever do business with this dealership due to this poor business practice.
