It is a pet-friendly and animal friendly community. The office staff takes great pride in their work and community. They are incredibly nice, caring, and easy to work with, often going above and beyond. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient, always willing to help and get things done quickly. The location in Summit County provides a central spot close to Sand Run Metro Park, shops, dining, and entertainment. The community is quiet with no loud noises and features a nice pool in the summer. Residents describe it as a very nice property and highly recommend living there.
The on-site management team is fantastic - always professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently every time.
