“We have shopped at the market several times and just recently tried the cafe for the 1st time. We especially love the deli/bakery portion; never been disappointed with anything we've tried. The cafe was very good, I'd definitely go back.”

The prices are about normal price for what they sell (a little out of my budget) but that's nothing to do with them that's just how health food is. They do have a lot of esoteric things that I cannot find anywhere else.
