I shopped here all the time and for years I liked this place until the other day. I was in shopping with my daughter and female friend when I took a call a individual wearing a plaid shirt started following my daughter around the store creeping her out and making her very uncomfortable. I let one of their employees know and not only did he not do anything but he didn't even care. I even said I would return the stuff I paid for the day before ( over $500 ) and he said "you can do that if you really need the money." This is not how any employe should act. Safety of the customers should be a priority. For now on I will shop Lowe's. I need to go where my family will feel safe and this home Depot doesn't care about their customer safety.

Best hardware store especially for contractors whenever picking up an order from Lowe's its always something either waiting long times for them to pull orders or they get the clients order completely wrong at Home depot I rarely ever have any problems and if there are any problems they do what they can to fix it

The absolute rock bottom worst. And the restroom was about as clean as the ones in old Municipal Stadium on quarter beer night. My item was in a sealed package 91 days after purchase with original receipt and they refused my return . I was fine with store credit etc. I was remodeling a house! Looks like Lowes for life.

I like that this Home Depot is well staffed and a staff was very nice and helpful. Better than the Home Depot's I'm used to.

Stay clear of their "kitchen make over team". One of the worst experiences we've had anywhere. Lost a lot of respect for Home Depot after this, now they're on the same lvl as bLowes.

I have been going to this Home Depot since it first opened. I am a G.C and I also purchase from Home Depots all over the state . The pro desk at the Arlington Rd branch is awesome. Nick , Ryan. Nicole, Michael, and Seth . They are more helpful and knowledgeable than almost all of the suppliers I buy from. If I could give them 10 stars I would . They are a great crew that help me with any and all issues that arise. Quotes are sent to me very quickly . Sometimes within an hour or 2. I have 30 years in business. I am blessed to have such a great staff to work with . Great work !!! keep it up.
