showed up hour and half early was ok with them not able to squeeze me in showed up at my appointment at seven waited for an hour and ended up walking out cause i didnt want to come back the next day waste of time especially for how much they charge

Probably because it costed way to much for way to little. 259.00 to do my taxes and it only took 15min, and on top of that I couldn't even get an advance on my return. Might as well turbo tax, I'd get the same results and won't have to leave my house
