There is an issue with ACH deposits. When I called customer service and spoke to "D" she kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to my issue. She spoke in a VERY condescending tone and spoke as if I didn't know what I was talking about, like I was ignorant. I finally received somewhat of an answer from her supervisor. Basically was told that there are other customers with this same issue and to wait until it is resolved. There isn't an ETA for the resolution. Horrible customer service!!! Switching banks soon to my credit union!

The branch is fantastic however the ATM seems to never be in service when I need to utilize it.

Understaffed. Horrible place to deal with. Access to safe deposit box is joke. They can never find their keys.

I recently obtained a Lift Local SBA loan from Huntington Montrose branch. Bob Seiler was so supportive of my business vision, and made the SBA loan process almost effortless. The closing staff were dedicated and responsive. Everyone in the Montrose branch is so welcoming when you walk in, making you feel like family.

Branch is not adequately staffed, their expectation is for customers to wait in line only to be told there isn't anyone to assist them and come back another day.

Every time I come into the branch there is always a long line. Their ATM is always down for cash deposits. Therefore, I’m forced to come inside. It seems there is always one teller working which is absolutely ridiculous. It should not take 10 minutes plus to do help one person. Worst branch ever.

Didn't feel welcomed came in to deposit money into an account and she asked for my ID I came back in under a minute and had to wait in line all over again.

I am trying to establish a working customer relationship with a branch. My initial transaction with a personable efficient teller named Andrew was good so I returned today to address another issue. The teller referred me to an individual named Patty who was working in one of the carrols and said Patty would be with me shortly as soon as she finished her phone call. However Patty had other ideas. Patty finished the call, looked over at me and as soon as she saw me returning her look, she immediately glanced away and made another phone call. At this point, I had been seated for fifteen minutes. A gentleman walked in and sat because he also needed to speak with one of the individuals in one of the carrols. We sat there for another fifteen minutes and he was becoming as aggravated as I was. Patty finished the second phone call, walked to the doorway of her carrol at which time she ignored me and called the gentleman over despite knowing I had been sitting there longer than he had been. A lady came in and sat down to wait. I was upset and frustrated enough after sitting there for thirty minutes, decided I was not going to wait any longer only to be ignored again and I left. This branch could definitely use inservice training with respect to customer service. There are individuals working at Huntington branches in other cities who know how to properly treat customers and could assist the Fairlawn group in learning how "to get their act together."

Always have tellers working and greet you when you enter the bank. This branch seem to care that you do business with them. Even if there is a wait you feel like they are doing their best.

I opened an account here. It was late on a Saturday, and Andrew was very friendly and willing to help me out, even if it was time to go home. That is some good customer service! And most places need people like Andrew who actually care. Well done, guys!

Long wait lines. Only carry small bills. Say they are only allowed to order small denominations. Makes me doubt stability of Huntington as a business.
