Dawn helped me with a very confusing international money transfer. She took the time to make a couple calls and sent an email for me, and I received the transfer about a week later. She was much better than the phone support that I tried first.

Walking in Huntington Branch located at 30 Springside Dr for opening an account. Two women bankers were busy with customers. The Manager was clicking his computer sitting in his office. Two men bankers were chatting. I was standing there wait for 30 minutes. I do not feel right and went to talk to the manager. The manager complained to me that " we are very busy and why you did not make appointment". I said I do not know I have to make appointment to see a banker. Only one lady and a men teller were very nice and were trying to help. Do not use this branch. Too bad experience.

How does this place only have 2.9 stars?! These are the nicest people. They are so helpful and delightful! I have nothing but good things to say about this branch. I'd start every day off having coffee here with them if I could. Highly recommend them!

This bank is the slowest I have ever been to. Every time I come to this bank, you sit and sit and wait and wait forever! Not just when they are busy, 2 or three cars in the drive through, you’ll sit for 25-30 mins and watch 2 or three other workers inside talking doing nothing. Absolutely horrible and they don’t give a single care. Time to bank elsewhere

Stay away. We had multiple account on auto pay for a few years, that they did stopped by themselves and keep sending to us letters that we are late on our payments and keep charging us fee. Also phone number on all of those letters is just bogus number that you can just eave voice mail that nobody will answer. I have left 14 voicemails over last 7 days in order to see what is a problem. Not a answer back as of yet or any solutions, and we are keep getting those letters. We are talking to law offices right now about possibility of claim against Huntington and we are not going to take ever again loan with them. DPL.

I'm obsessed with the staff at this location. I've never been happier to bank with Huntington due to the customer service! I walked into this location in the worst mood possible, work had been stressful and I just wanted in and out without much human interaction. Instead, someone held the door open for me we talked a little, moved on to the teller he was equally fabulous. I walked out in a completely different mood. That is was true customer service is.

These people make up different rules every time I come here. Always do whatever they can to try to get me to open additional accounts. Then they mess up simple requests like cash check turns into a deposited check. Some people should stay in fast food.

First Merit had the worst customer service I have ever received, worst bank I have ever dealt with. First Merit was absorbed by Huntington Bank. I hope Huntington fires all First Merit employees and they start over. Huntington is the best bank I have ever dealt with.

I have been with FirstMerit since I first started working at 15. I went in to get information about a loan. Every person I came into contact with in the 30 minutes I spent there seemed completely uninterested and unwilling to provide some simple customer service. I was only asking for some guidance from the bank that Ive put my hard earned money into for years..the bank that I have a savings account with and have never overdrafted from. I keep a decent balance. They were terrible. When I left and got into my car I broke into tears. I am a young person trying to make it all on her own and those people made me feel so inadequate. A year later they are sending me letters to enroll into some investing program where I'm essentially giving them money....it went right in the trash. I was glad to see firstmerit was bought out. Hopefully most of the employees that I came into contact with that day get terminated.
