I had done an Internet search for a specific used vehicle. Infinity of Akron had one that was within my criteria. I met with Jesse Mlotkowski and Jacob Repp. I got a trade in allowance well within my ideal range. No pressure on their part and they just made my decision to purchase very easy . I had to reach out to two other dealerships and let them know that I was no longer looking. Infinity of Akron should be pleased with these courteous and professional members of their team. I am pleased to have been working with them.

It was a terrible decision to deal with Infiniti of Akron. Unfortunately, from start to finish, the experience was unpleasant. The monthly price changed from the day the salesperson and I agreed to the deal to the day of the car pickup. The finance manager was rude and dismissive. Subsequent calls to the sales manager were handled in a similar manner. I wrote a letter to the owner of the dealership which was never acknowledged. Northeast Ohio Infiniti dealerships are not where you should spend your money in my opinion.

Had a scheduled Oil Change and Tire Rotation at 9am. It took almost 90 minutes- 1hour and 20 minutes to be exact. The last 3 times we've been here for service EVERYONE is different. The ONLY familiar face is the receptionist. I don't know what is happening at this dealership but the customer service and leadership are severly lacking. I also didn't get my car washed like the check-in guy, Hunter said I would. ?I can only hope that the service gets better.

Didn’t purchase my vehicle from here but my tire deflated while in Akron. Hunter in the service department was nothing short of amazing! They were able to swap my tire out and help me get back home! Environment was very friendly.

Hunter the service advisor was very professional and polite. I’ve been to a few different dealers for an issue with my vehicle and they were the only ones to find out what the issue was. This is the only dealer I will be bringing my Infiniti to from now on!

I brought my QX60 for service here and everyone was very helpful and kind. Service was completed very quickly, and I was able to get some work done in their waiting room.

So far it seems as though the work was done well. It did take quite a bit longer than estimated- over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation… while I waited in their waiting area.

This is the second time I came in with the same problem. It goes to show that if you get the right person you’ll get great service. This time Casey waited on me. She went the extra mile and called a level up and they took care of the problem for me in a very fair manner. I’ve had two infinities over the last 10 years. This is the kind of service that will make me look at getting a third.

Jesse, Cecil, and Michele are fabulous. There was no pressure. They were able to meet my terms. Sent me a video of the car before I even saw it in person. They didn't call me 500 times like other places.I highly recommend this place!

Most times it is not a fun experience car shopping. My wife and I were forced intoIt this time when our car was totaled. We shopped around but had done business with Infiniti of Akron before. Not only was it a pleasant experience, they helped us in our discussions with the insurance company trying to value our totaled car. They definitely Went above and beyond even without the commitment of buying a car (in fact we were very close elsewhere).Between the finance manager, sales manager and sales person, we felt they understood us, didn’t pressure us and ultimately we received the deal we wanted.We will continue to work with them in service and other cars we may buy in the future. A trustworthy group.

Excellent and convenient service. I called for a tire rotation oil change and needed pick up and drop off service and I live an hour away and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week. Could not have been more accommodating. Car came back cleaned and the service was performed as described. Staff was friendly. Driver was very friendly who dropped off the keys.

Scheduling appointments is beyond difficult. I call in and speak with their representative to schedule. They fail to show up and tell me I used an outdated app to schedule and didn’t have an appointment for me (I spoke to a human). I schedule again and they still get it wrong. They tell me I critically need to change filters that were changed a few weeks ago. I can’t trust them for other things they say are critical so will go elsewhere for second opinion. They never do anything extra like the previous owner of this dealership like external wash and vacuum. They did ding my door previously and told me they would fix it. Kept it for a week and never fixed it.I purchased the service agreement with previous owner and that is the only reason I go back.

Let me begin by saying "This is a WONDERFUL place to acquire your next car!"I don't normally write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience - either good or bad, this time it's GOOOOD! I have been looking for a particular car for 3+ years all over the country. When I saw the listing of the unicorn I've been looking for, I sent in an anonymous inquiry on a Sunday night, Sean Cooper got back to me with a phone call AND a text message Monday morning! I'm on the east coast and the dealership is in Ohio, so I did not have high hope to make a deal, boy was I wrong this time! Sean and the sales managers Michaelle and Cecil answered EVERY question I had (BTW there were LOTS of questions) in a very timely manner. It was because of this back and forth interaction with Sean and the managers, I started to develop trust - yes, trust, you heard me right, with this dealership. Due to the distance, I was not able to test drive in person, so eventually I asked Sean to take off his salesperson hat and put on the hat of a car buyer to do the test drive for me, and I wasn't expecting much, boy was I wrong again!! After driving the car on my behalf, Sean sent me a LENGTHY text message on the good and bad of this car based on his test drive, and that solidified my willingness to go forward with the deal without being able to get behind the wheel in person! They even worked out the shipping without any of my involvement except that I agreed on paying the cost of shipping. The day after I signed all paperwork online, Sean told me the shipping company is picking up the car in the afternoon, so I was expecting to get the car in a couple of days, boy, was I wrong again for the third time!!! By 11am the next day, my unicorn was delivered on my driveway. I have had several car buying experience before, this was the 1st remote one, and because of the professionalism of Sean and the sales managers at Infiniti of Akron, this is THE BEST experience.
