I have been a driver with Jrayl going on year 5. They are an amazing company. They have a family atmosphere. They’ve made me feel like family. Everyone is approachable. I’ve had a good relationship literally with everyone there. They’ve looked out for me and they actually show they care about what you may be dealing with even when it’s not work related. I’ve had people ask me about Jrayl and when I explain my experience working there it’s not just me saying how great my experience is, but my own self acknowledgement that what I’m saying is really, and I mean really, coming from the heart. I genuinely love working here and love everyone here!

I've been with this company for over a year and I'm thankful of their apprenticeship program. They have a solid team of trainers who are very knowledgeable; they're good at making sure that the potential drivers understand how trucking life is. Their management team and everyone in the office are warm, friendly, and making sure us drivers stay safe, perform our duties and be with our families.

The worst company to drive for they take your money in the last check they have done it to my and another driver don’t waste your time here some locations they favor there drivers which gives you the worst jobs and majority are racist but will not tell you that.

I have been with JRayl almost a year. I'm a local, general freight driver. I can tell you that it's, by far, the best trucking job I've had. Equipment is good and the Maintenance Department is quick to address issues and get help to you if there are issues on the road. I had to stay out one night due to mechanical issues. JRayl took care of EVERYTHING. Uber, Hotel and even paid me for being out. JRayl has a Driver Experience Team. Now, I figured that was some cute attempt to make Drivers think they matter. I was wrong! They are the real deal. I've witnessed a couple scenarios where a Driver had went to the DET over an issue. In both instances that I'm aware of, the DET backed the Driver!! They allow Drivers to have input. They'll ask you in the interview, "Where do you not want to go?" "How many hours a week do you want?" My Driver Manager/ Dispatcher stuck to that. If he needed me to go over or go somewhere I didn't like, he would ask instead of just sending me. My DM was the best I have had. Communicated well, worked with me and I was happy to help when needed. Unfortunately, for me, he moved to a different position. Now I feel like I'm dealing with a car salesman that doesn't hear a word I say. Hoping that improves and with what I've experienced here, it will. Pay is decent, however there's no Overtime Pay. Vacation is a week to start. Vacation Pay is around half of an average day's pay. That's common in this industry. However, I've used unpaid time without any issue. I feel like I'm part of a family and I've never felt that in trucking. I feel like Ownership and Administration are very accessible. I don't feel pushed or forced to do anything. So far, if I say I don't have the hours, they don't argue or push. I feel like I can stay here a long time. I would highly recommend JRayl for any Driver looking to find a good home!

By far the best company I've ever worked for and it doesn't feel like a company. From the minute you get here the first thing you are told is welcome home. And trust me it feels like home. Everyone is caring and wanting the best for you and your family. Even with my kids I always get asked how they are, even by the big bosses. If you want a place to call home and always feel safe this the the place 100 percent

Love working for this company. Family oriented and always there for you. Took a leap of faith 5 years ago to become a truck driver and they took a chance on me. Now I don't see myself ever working for anyone else.
