I came to get my taxes done and only half the job was done. Federal was filed but not State. Why? Who comes in to file only federal? I've been given the run around for about three weeks now only to find that they've moved to a new location. I didn't realize that Jackson Hewitt was some fly by night operation. Very unhappy.

I highly recommend Robert Large at Jackson Hewitt in Copley for your taxes. I have Been going to Robert in Copley for at least 6yrs. He is always so accommodating and pleasant to work with. He will do his best to get you a cash advance if that’s what you need and he will get you in and out in a quick timely manner. What more can you ask for?
