Was very pleased. Was not a simple return but still completed in a very timely fashion. 2nd year usage, am returning with my daughter's form, and will use Jackson Hewitt again in 2024.

I have been doing my own taxes for 6 years through turbo tax and I needed an advance sooner. I went in and seen Lisa which is very professional and dedicated to helping her customers.I was very hesitant at first. I came back with my W2s and was super worried I wouldn't get an advance and have to pay way too much to get mine done by a professional. I'm am very happy I made the decision to stick with Lisa at Jackson Hewitt she was amazing and very pleasant and even gave very meaningful advice. She went above & beyond and that's what you call customer service. Thank you.
