When the stylist arrived I had to agree $100 upcharge for a $150 service because I wanted SMALL braids. Even though I called days before to discuss the service and asked if there would be and upcharge for small size, because I was willing to pay extra. During the call she said small was fine. The day of she kept saying how it takes a longer time so it costs more. Fine, I understand and was willing to pay extra for small braids. She then proceeded to put large/medium parts in my head. First photo shows huge parts. I said they are not small and she agreed to redo them. The second photo shows what she said the parts will look after she removed the larger ones. I went to bathroom to check the size after two rows were braided and they were even larger than before!!! So I immediately told her I no longer wanted her to continue. The final photo shows the extra large uneven parts she wanted me to pay an additional $100 for.😒 I even brought my own products and when I was leaving I had to ask for them back and she had to go get them from a closed cabinet...it's almost as if she intended on keeping them. The most offensive part about my experience was that this stylist was acting as if there was nothing wrong with her actions. This was a complete waste of my time.

David took my perfect hair and chopped it up horribly. The worst haircut ever and to fix it will cost 150 dollars plus the 60 dollars I paid him.

JCPenney's stated on there website that the product I wanted to order would be shipped on 3/11/2024 and delivered by 3/18/2024. When noticed no updates on its status I called and was informed that the dates stated on the website where not possible the earliest it could possibly be shipped is on the 18th and they could not give me a time frame on when it would arrive. The person sorry about the miss understanding but all we can do for you is cancel your order.

They force service that you didn't ask for so they can charge you for that service.

I don't usually leave retail reviews, but I have to say this is the Friendliest, most Helpful service Ive seen anywhere in a long time!;) From looking in womens to a return, which was pretty fast, Plus at least 4 employees asked me if I needed help, and I did, since I hadnt been to this location!:)

I was in there to do an interview. I didn't stay long as no one was answering a phone that was bringing since I walked in. it was packed with items and looked dark and dirty looking compared to Kohls which looks bright and clean and not so packed with items either.
