  Will NEVER purchase or order another item from here. I’m a real estate agent and often do small crafts/gifts to my clients throughout the seasons and holidays. I tried ordering 12 mugs and other items and my order was cancelled. Placed the order again with only 6 mugs and blanket, candles etc. cancelled again! Tried a third time and cancelled. I have called and emailed and each time I’m told my order doesn’t meet their “verification” process but they won’t tell me why or what that is. So I’m done. I ordered my mugs from Walmart and will get my craft supplies at Hobby Lobby and Michael’s. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I come for the yarn when it's on sale (which is often) and always get more than I intended. But there's such a great selection and I'll use it up eventually.

  The stores are always laid out great, well marked, relatively easy to find what you’re looking for. Three stars are for their sale-system. I hate it! Complicated, ridiculous, (who knew backasswords is a synonym?!) & incomprehensible. I always think I’m getting a great deal, only to realize later I was duped in some way.
