“Max” was the teller, he could not of been more unfriendly - I asked very simple questions, how long does it take to get currency and what are the fees’ - He was just ridiculous, so ridiculous, I just left. I then drove all the way across town to the other Key branch in Cuyahoga Falls. They were wonderful !

Bald white guy lied to the support team telling them I didn't know where the locations was I tried to log into my account. Secondly I never felt welcomed. I have a three year old and they mug him and act like I can't let him be a kid. After all that they told me go to another branch. When that's only gonna solve their problem of not liking me for no reason. Lacey is marvelous but the workers are very racist and passive aggressive. They don't hide their racism well and I can't go to a different branch when this location is 60 seconds from my house now I have no access to my direct deposit or incentives being sent to the account because the bank teller lied and said I didn't know where the locations were that I logged in my account with. That's not protection that's an inconvenience. Then said he wasn't able to open an account for me today and nobody can till next week sounds like he is lazy and lying.

Lacey treated my problem as if it were her own, and had it solved within the hour! And then called me the next day just to give me a progress up date! Always A+++ Customer Service Every time I go for me and the other customers As Well!!!

Literally came to this building twice in the past 3 months since is the one closest to me nonetheless to say I enjoy banking with KeyBank is only this branch on west market they always give me a hard time on everything if I’m trying to make any change on the account or even withdraw money. I came here for a specific purpose and they were not able to help me out I go to the branch Downtown and they were able to help me out with the issue I had so I’m starting to think ? so if the girl at the downtown branch was able to help me out how come this branch can’t. I’m starting to think is my race since I’m a female ‘ Latina and young.. Definitely KeyBank on west market 0/10

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE.I was exposed to covid last week and my account was overdrawn due to automatic bill pay, something that shouldn't happen to begin with. I called to explain the situation, that I've been sick, am vaccinated, was exposed, still tested positive, and haven't been able to get into the branch.THEY DO NOT CARE. THEY WILL NOT REFUND OVERDRAFT CHARGES. They did away with any forgiveness for COVID related issues in June, because apparently the pandemic is over at Key Bank. Other banks are doing away with overdraft charges all together! Open an account with Capital One, do business ANYWHERE ELSE. Horrible business model. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY JUST WANT MONEY.

This location needs to be shut down. The service I received was horrendous. The building smells awful! The workers are incompetent, rude and insensitive. All the tellers were busy talking about their private lives instead of doing something productive. The volt was wide open all day, I feel that should be against the rules for safety precaution. I will never go back nor will I refer a friend. I didn’t even get a chance to open an account because no one was available to do so, even though it was 10 o’clock in the morning. If I could rate this KeyBank a zero I most definitely would not hesitate ☹️
