We have used KeyBank in various locations around the area, this one is far less accommodating and customer service oriented than others. The ATM rarely works properly, the keypad is difficult and sometimes impossible to use, it's frequented by street folk and I'm guessing homeless people, this makes standing at the ATM for extended periods uncomfortable.
We tried to turn in some change, apparently they only take rolled coins and refuse to take loose change, even if it's counted in front of them, apparently all they can handle is up to $1 in loose change.
Banks have coin counting machines, loose change should not be an issue, unless of course you have employees incapable of operating such complex machinery.
While it's a simple issue and normally not a deal breaker, sometimes a last straw is reached and it's time to cut ones losses and find a new, friendlier and more accommodating institution.

I went to the Ellet, OH location this weekend to ask a few questions and was helped out by Dawn. She was so helpful, positive and even got me scheduled to come back to look into a few other options. She is absolutely amazing and such a great asset to KeyBank!

I made a cash deposit and it wasn’t posted to my checking account. The deposit slip states my money couldn’t be returned due to a technician error. They made me file a dispute which can take 10 days. I need the money to pay for bills, food etc.

10/10 Would NOT recommend Key Bank in Ellet for customer service or use of their ATM machine. For the second time their ATM has taken my rent money (cash) and not credited my account. I know I will get my money back after a dispute/investigation which takes up to 10 business days, but the problem is that my rent will now be 10 days late with a late fee of $10 per day and the branch manager has refused to reimburse anything other than bank fees so I will still not have enough to pay rent by the time all is said and done. You would think that in order to keep a client they would go ahead and cover my late fees (which were caused by their faulty machine) but when I mentioned closing my account the manager Chris said sure, I can go ahead and close that account for you today if you want. And conveniently for him, HIS manger doesn't take direct calls from clients!

This location closes earlier then most other locations. Their atm has been closed for almost a month now. They say it's the plaza fault.

This location’s ATM has been broken for 2 weeks. I live about 2 minutes away and every time I drive by no one is working on it. If I want to get cash after hours I have to drive to Tallmadge branch. Not super far but very inconvenient. I’m not sure what the issue is in getting the ATM fixed at in reasonable timeframe. Heavily considering switching banks.

Be aware they charge you a $4 "maintenance" fee if you only have a savings account. Something I was Not informed of when I opened the account. Over time it can drain you dry.

After 20 years, I stopped banking in Green because a head teller was rude to me and kept trying to make all my banking transactions just a little more difficult. I love every one else there. I think the people at this branch are professional, respectful, and always try to make the banking as easy as possible for you. A very special thank you to Matt, Christy and Misty.
