I have no issues with this branch, however, my issue is with Key Bank as a company. I have spent the last week going in circles with their customer service over the phone. I was scammed out of money, I take the fault for falling for a scam. The issue is there fraud department has denied my claim because I willingly sent the money and they upheld their part by transferring the money. They do not care that I was scammed out of hard earned money and said there was no recourse to get my funds back because the bank did nothing wrong on the transaction. Do not use this bank, ever, they enable scammers to continue harming people, while refusing to do anything about the issue.

I use to go to another bank prior to Key and there is no comparison. The employees at Key bank always put there customers first.

I used the ATM at this location. It failed to give me $20 but my account indicates $20 was removed. I originally included all the details, but there seems to be a limit on how much you can type in a review. Anyway, this machine ripped me off and the branch said they couldn’t help me. Be careful if you ever use their ATM or need help fixing a problem.

Excellent customer service! Was able to get done what I needed to and didn't have to wait long. Bank associates friendly and helpful.

Locks their doors before posted closing time, not very customer friendly. ATM seems to be out of order or being serviced almost every time I need to use it.

I just moved into the area so had to change branches. Everyone that I’ve dealt with at this branch has been very friendly and helpful with all the minor changes I’ve had to inact because of moving.

These folks always to a great job for me and my $. The staff has worked together for years and you can see how well that has benefitted the customers. Key Bank has done very well with their services, and online capabilities. I have been with them for years and appreciate the relationships that have been established with Key's long term employees. It gives me peace of mind to have Key Bank working with our money. We recently closed a loan with them for our house and I was surprised to find that their rate beat Quicken and Third Federal. Having this long term relationship has been great. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!!

Located in Montrose. I do admit I like Huntington the best because they have better hours and are open 7 days a week. Which does matter when you need to go to a bank after work and go inside. Key bank is only open til 4 most days and 1 on sat and closed Sunday and open til 6 on Friday.. Hunnington is opened every day until about 8 pm . I don't get why you would have a business that closes an hour before most of its clients get off of work? I would really like to know. But you can get a lot of what you need done on the atm including deposit and withdraw and deposit checks as well.
