I had such a wonderful experience at Lane Bryant thanks to Brooklyn! She went above and beyond during my bra fitting — she was so kind, professional, and extremely accurate in helping me find the right fit. Shopping for bras can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Brooklyn made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. She was patient, attentive, and truly cared about making sure I left with exactly what I needed. Lane Bryant is lucky to have her on their team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the amazing service she provided!

I had such a great experience at Lane Bryant tonight, all thanks to Desiree! She was incredibly helpful, kind, and just had the best energy. She made me feel at ease and really took the time to help me find what I needed. You can tell she truly cares about the people she helps. Desiree is a total gem and such an asset to the store. I’m so glad I got to meet her!

Arrived 5 minutes before store was supposed to close to find two entrances to the plaza CLOSED, finally got to the door to find it locked. They refused to let me pick up the order that was bought and paid for when it was their fault that they closed EARLY. It was 8 pm when I called to ask if I could get my order!

Customer service was mediocre, I told the clerk I was a Veteran after I saw the discount sign after I had bought my items and she wouldn't even return my items so I could use my veteran discount. I want to thank you for making things right, I truly appreciate it

I had an order shipped to the store and picked it up today. It had been years since I visited this location and the customer service wasn’t great at all, the cashier didn’t give me a chance to really shop. I had to literally yell and tell her my name instead of her letting me shop and give her my information at the time of checking out. The package was not opened to ensure the correct items were shipped, no slip/receipt, didn’t verify my email or ask for I.D, and I had to ask for a bag. I was emailed a 50% off coupon that had to be used at the time of picking up my package but I decided to just take my package and leave. It literally smelled like cigarettes by the bra section, like someone had the side/back door open smoking.

I had an amazing experience here over Memorial Day weekend. I haven’t been sized in years and I was at a loss with bra shopping as I didn’t know where to go or what size to buy. My husband actually brought me here. The minute we walked in the lovely ladies started to chat with me, measure me, and bring me a bunch of styles to try. They also chatted with my husband as he awkwardly walked around the women’s store. ? I could have shed a tear finally having a properly fitting undergarment! Lol. Definitely go here if you need some kindness and guidance.

I went to be sized for bras and I didn't even know what size my pants were to buy underwear, cuz it's been a while. They took the time to help me and it was tough since I have rheumatoid arthritis that is affecting my hands a lot. So we worked on the best bra that would work for me, and they were so very nice. We just forgot the name of the wonderful smelling oil we were talking about while chatting lol. I will definitely be back and have already recommended them to my friends.

I had an order I was picking up in store just this last Saturday. Picked it up, both ladies were a delight to chat with, and went on my way. I shopped the 10/$39 panties sale, and since I picked up in store I also got 50%off one item so of course i took that offer too. Anyways. I recieve this super sweet card in the mail today from Christine. Girl, you are just the absolute sweetest!! Ive shopped a lot with Lane Bryant. A lot a lot. And I've never received this kind of kindness in return. I'll be back soon! Amazing customer service from both ladies that day. Very cozy welcoming.

Service is good but brand selection has been increasingly sparse. Not a reflection on the location but on the chain. There's just not a great selection anymore.
