Wouldn’t even give them 1 star!! HORRIBLE customer service.. called in to get a part and they say they are only online order and can’t do anything on the phone and to buy it online.. NEVER RECOMMEND

Can't even get thru on the phone. 7 min hold time at that's after the transfer if you not a dealer or shop.

Came here to pick up a load. First off there is no shipping office. Just doors that say employee entrance only and visitors report to main office which is locked. Walked up to the will call kiosk and the guy in there was rude and less than helpful. So I decided to wander through the building and see if I could find somebody to make things happen. Ended up running into a super nice young blonde lady who helped me get things figured out. As a local resident that's purchased parts here before it definitely makes me second guess wanting to use them anymore. Do better. 3 stars just for the young lady.

Don't try walk in buy anything or call there 633 number, complete waste....I'll spend my $ somewhere else & I called the number on the door & got transferred to Detroit 4-5 times, figured I'd stop by since I drive right past it, nope...call our 330-633-whatever # and repeatedly get same thing...LKQ Must not need customers....I used know 3-4 people worked there & I'll never try m again....multi billion $ company cares zero about the little guy
