DO NOT PURCHASE ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION!!! First Frigidaire fridge we received was broken, manufacturer error, no big deal. Lowes sent out a replacement and took $1200 as a holding deposit until the old fridge was received. The day we received the new fridge we were told that the company could not take it in the same truck, but they would be back later to pick it up…. no call, no show. The next day, with no call, they show up at 9:30am and say it’s “too slippery” to take the fridge. Fine, not great, but fine. We rescheduled for today, Friday January 23rd. For some reason, two pick ups got scheduled. First one, cancelled, second one no call no show. We have now been on hold with Lowe’s Fairlawn for 1hr and 23 minutes and counting with absolutely no answer. They have not picked up the phone one time to even ask what we are calling about. Jared is currently the night manager and he is an embarrassment of an employee. I am out $1200 and have a broken fridge sitting in the middle of my kitchen.

I bought a floor lamp online from Lowe's last week because this Fairlawn location didn't have it in stock. When I received it and tried to install it, the leg of the floor lamp will not screw together because the spiral did not fit. So I had to uninstall it and put the parts back into the box and drove to Fairlawn store to process a return and replacement. I asked for a faster delivery to the store or to my house instead of the normal delivery time. The clerk at customer service had all kinds of system issues from not being able to verify my address, to the system does not display the delivery time. I even had to call customer service corporate and they were no help either even after talking to that clerk. The clerk was trying to be helpful, but she was unfortunately not much of a help. It also took the manager over 20 mins to come to the customer service counter to resolve the issue. But the worst part was that when he came over, he said he didn't know what my frustration was even after hearing that I was waiting for almost an hour by the time he came over. Finally, another employee was able to confirm that there will be some that will come in the store in the next day or two, and I had to struggle to think on behalf of them to see how one can be saved for me to pick up instead of shipped to another online customer. It's very frustrating that as a paying customer having received a defective product, I had to wait over an hour to have the issue resolved, and worst part was hearing the manager say that he didnt understand the frustration!

Management kept bothering him as he was trying to help me but he was in great spirits!

we bought a brand new, retail front loader washer from Lowe’s in Fairlawn. I also paid for delivery installation and removal of the existing washer. I did receive a new washer. However, the delivery service did not call before delivering. To make matters worse, they left their garbage at my house, they left the old washing machine in the middle of the floor in front of my children’s bathroom door. And they didn’t install the washer. They literally just left it. The laundry room. When I called the appliance manager to complain, I got zero sympathy, but what’s worse is I got very little Rapid response. It took three phone calls. The first two phone calls: I was on hold for over 20 minutes each time. I eventually hung up on those two occasions. On the last call, I finally did get ann appliance person. The best they could was to have someone come out and remedy the situation three days from now. Meanwhile, I have garbage in my driveway, a washing machine in the middle of the floor that doesn’t work and a new washing machine in the middle of the floor that is not installed. This is absurd. I have ordered appliances from Lowe’s in the past and never had such dismal service. I will definitely be looking elsewhere in the future for a company that actually gives a damn.

Dont order appliance delivery from this store unless you want to spend an hour scrubbing mud out of your carpets. Had a refrigerator delivered this morning. My husband let them in before I could get downstairs to give them shoe coverings. Of course they didn't bring their own or bother taking their shoes off. They tracked mud all down our brand new basement carpet.

Do not ever use Lowes for home improvement installations !!!!!!!
After many calls back and forth to get scheduled and several thousand dollars spent this is what we ended up with.
A sunroom slider that does not open far enough to use the foot lock that it comes with for security.
The screen door installed with incorrect screws and because it was installed incorrectly it will barely open and close.
The crew knocked out the electric in the sunroom which in turn knocked out power to our refrigerator (this is the only reason we found out). Then calling out an electrician to tell us something happened in the sunroom that knocked out the power along with another charge. And the crew never said a word.....
The caulking on the new side door installed looks like this was his first time ever using caulk.
And on top of it all
...the language that was used by the crew when my husband left and them not knowing I was still at home was disgusting.
I would NEVER recommend Lowes for any installations ever again.
And why are we as paying customers not able to add photos ?
Would love for the manager of the Cleveland Massillon road location to call us... ..better yet, come out and look at this mess yourself.
