Excellent place to shop for home repair. It's wheelchair accessible. They have veterans discounts. I don't know if they have a restroom. They do have plenty of parking.And also handicap parking..

The customer service staff lacked communication skills. Despite being free, they kept me waiting unnecessarily and failed to provide updates on my pickup order. I stood at the desk while they ignored me, leaving me feeling disregarded. Eventually, I received my order, but basic communication about its status or estimated wait time was absent, which was frustrating and strange.

Caution: Do not purchase STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet from Lowes.We purchased the STAINMASTER Pet Protect carpet from Lowes (with install) a little over a year ago. It was recommended that we use Bissell cleaner if we wanted to clean the carpet ourselves, and have the carpet professionally cleaned, periodically. We've done both and only both to keep our carpet clean - no other questionable products or methods have been used.Despite this, we noticed over several weeks, our color slowly wash out - almost as if there were lighter bleach or streak marks. Initially, this was mostly noticeable in the sunlight coming through the windows, but before long it became visible in normal lighting.We filed a claim with Lowe's STAINMASTER to remedy the issue, confident that this would be rectified. Well, they essentially told us to pound sand. They told us that they were not responsible for the color loss. So, we're now stuck with thousands of dollars of defective carpet that's a little over a year old, that looks absolutely hideous.Additionally and unrelated, our pets have had two accidents on different areas of the carpet. Even after a professional cleaning on both areas, a slight brownish color still remains.It's a shame that this can happen to a consumer. I'm really surprised there isn't some class action lawsuit in play - we really can't be the only ones to have gone through this.

I couldn't ask for better. I went to the store, and the salesperson went out of his way to help me. When he didn't know, he asked other workers until he got the answer. Then the representative came to my home and has a wonderful personality, plus gave me a great deal. Thank you Caylen

You know what you get when you go to Lowe's. A great selection and great customer service. It's always clean and stocked. The prices are in line with the other major names. Great parking and it offers every service on the market. I had a good experience.

Bought all new appliances. The LG wash tower was damaged on the truck both times they tired to deliver. They ripped the outlet out of the wall installing the oven. 2 weeks later and a $300 dollar bill from the electrician and still nothing works.Update: Thank you for the response but providing a number with an automated system and 30 minute wait time is not exactly helping the situation

Was at this store on 09/15/2023 at self checkout and a cashier ( Christina)asked me if I needed any help, I said no and thank you and she proceeded to ask me three more times. Then a young man ( Maison) comes to the front and she calls him over and whispers something in his ear and he immediately turns and looks at me and stands and watches me. At this point I asked if there was a problem and they both say no, so I proceeded to check out my items and when I'm done I ask him to come and check my bags in which he refused. I asked for the manager and he says he is the manager in which he is not, he is the head cashier. So I asked for corporates number and their names and filed a complaint. I am an older woman who shops at this store all the time and for them to have treated me this way in front of other customers is unacceptable .

Line at customer service with 1 person at desk. Took over 30 min to pick up online order. Happened 2 times this week. Doesn't seem to matter if you check in through app, go right to pickup station.... Takes a looooong time for them to retrieve merchandise. Understaffed to provide good customer service and staff complains about other employees calling off work.

I visited store #0633 on 7/25/23. I love to try to find things myself eventually a lady associate asked if she could help, yes directed me to the aisle. Leaving there a young male associate asked if he could help called to lumber area. First time that I ever attempted to look for wood that I knew the measurements for my project. Seen one man pushing large carts down that area.His body language when I stopped him told me he didn't want to be bothered. He proceeded to give me a lecture of signs being posted all over the aisles of no cutting done. Stated management put that in effect. His voice and stance was irritated. I told him first time of asking such or such in that department. Yes he talked down to me. I proceeded to small tools area and Casey helped me find a stud finder, another man hand saw. Checked out using my business American Express card. My older brother comes here a lot too. He needed a 21 inch lawn mower blade went back in a gentleman took me back to correct aisle and helped me find the right bin. Final time was 16:44. Customer service needs to emphasized to white male associate approximately in his late 40s early 50s. Thank you G Burns

Store was par the course for what you'd expect at a Lowes location. The staff was extremely helpful when using the warranty on one of my Craftsman ratchets. While we were there we also picked up many sockets that I've lost of the years as well as other supplies for our business! No qualms whatsoever!I was also extremely happy to see that they had a Caroline's Cart. Inclusiveness withing business settings is so heartwarming to see and we really appreciated this!
