I have spent a ton of money at this store recently customer service in the store is horrible . My wife has made two trips back now to exchange items and let’s just staff the staff has been zero help . I will not return to this location. When charging a premium for a product you should hire and train high levels of customer service . Spend your money elsewhere

Grace was so helpful!! She was very knowledgeable and kind. This was my first time getting leggings here and I walked out with 4 pairs! Grace helped me find leggings for all of my activities. She also helped me find the proper size and length. I will definitely be buying more!

Two dressing rooms , so the wait can be a bit long . The third dressing room , which is supposed to be wheelchair accessible… is always used as storage , so it is not available for customers.The store is so small . When I was there recently with my daughter, I was wearing a boot because of a broken foot, and there was another customer who had an entire leg brace on with crutches . It was hard to get around the store because it was so small and no room to navigate past other people . there was nowhere to sit down so it was pretty awkward.

This lululemon store is small but mighty! Awesome staff. Syd, in particular, went out of her way when a shipment came into the store to get me exactly what I wanted. This store always has a large inventory and if not they are eager to help order it online for you.

Do not get me wrong I love lululemon and shop there frequently, but I had just gone in today to use my military discount and after the girl had said the discount was on my profile she did not apply the discount to my purchase. I was very upset and did not realize until i was out of the store that she did not apply the discount. To the owner make sure your employees are putting in discounts because the store is already very pricey by itself.

Small store, not too many options to choose in the store, staff were friendly but not sure if a very short lady around 45 yo, was the manager or the owner but she was disrespectful saying " you should ask help to someone else, because normally you will not see me walking around the store" what stupid comment, never going back to this small location!!!!

This is a great Lulu location! I am so happy they are right here in Akron. I had been in on a few quick trips before but today I went in really needing some assistance with sizes/fits and Lisa (the manager I believe) was extremely pleasant and helpful. The store is super well stocked too - tons of options! Walked out with exactly the right stuff - which means a lot when you're spending Lulu $$. I'll be back! :)

I loved my experience at this store! Sydney was so nice and helpful. I loved all the girls here I felt like they all cared about my opinions and wanted to help me find what I loved. Everyone was so personable

Betta was very knowledgeable. From greeting to looking for stock to processing my online returns, she was very helpful throughout the whole process. She was product oriented, answered all the questions I had and made sure I was taken care of. It is always easier to shop when there’s a positive environment and when employees care about their customers. Overall, it was a great experience and service! Thank you!

I attempted to return a pair of leggings I got online for a size larger. I was unable to return online even though it wasn’t past the 30 day return limit. I called and stated that I did not have the tag on the leggings and they said it was fine. As I was checking out a very rude lady came up and began to yell at me in a condescending tone that, “they really need that tag”. As I left I saw her and the manager openly mocking me about the way I walked out of the building. Absolutely rude and offensive behavior towards customers. This location is neither inclusive nor caring and should find new management immediately.
