Love this place. The online auction is fun but picking up your winnings is better. The staff is helpful. The warehouse is clean and they are always improving things.

I bid on items and go here a TON! Most of the time the staff is helpful and friendly. It can be a bit overwhelming and sometimes it may take a bit to sort through the piles to find your items. I think some of the isle rearrangements that have recently taken place have helped a bit.

I enjoy the MAC BID experience! I have purchased many items to help my home feel complete. I was waiting patiently to be able to buy specific items that were affordable. This has got me on the Fast Track! I have purchased rugs, a mattress, a fan, and beautiful art. One item I picked up was broken. They had no qualms about the return because I did pick out a like-new item. I have found them to be very helpful. Everybody seems eager to help.
They are doing a lot right! It's very refreshing!
