Ordered a pizza online and the sausage option that I wanted must have been next to ham. Somehow my finger selected ham which I don't eat. When I contacted them they refused to replace my order. So I was stuck with a $15 pizza that went straight to the trash. The manager Sheila was rude af and refused to fix the problem in any way.

November 19ht I ordered a pizza at 7:56 PM. The pizza was suppose to be delivered by 8:26 PM. It did not arrive. I called Marco's and was told they used doordash and it was suppose to be delivered. No one knocked on the door and I never heard anyone on the porch. I called at 9:00 to find out what the problem was. I was told to check the porch. I checked the front porch, back porch and neighbors porch. Nothing anywhere. They are delivering a new pizza. Beware of ordering from Marco's on N. Hawkins.

Ordered curbside. Got there, parked in front of the curb side sign, checked in that I was there by e-mail. Proceeded to wait for 10 minutes and then decided to call to make sure they knew I was there. I waited five minutes on hold, someone answered and then I immediately went back on the hold line. I decided to walk in (despite it being curb side order). I was very frustrated. Told the guy at the desk that I had been waiting for 15 minutes. He listened. I said I wanted a discount or to speak to a manager. He walked away not saying a word. I mentioned again that I needed to speak to a manager and he pointed to a young girl standing there, listening and not saying a WORD. I told her she needed to come to the counter to handle me, the customer. She did begrudgingly and with no apology. She said they no longer have the e-mail and that I have to call. I said I did and was on hold for 5 Minutes. She said they were busy and yet person after person walked out ahead of me with orders. You have time to take five seconds to walk an order out. My order had been sitting there the WHOLE time! Ridiculous ,unprofessional and upsetting. I plan to call corporate as well.This is the second time this has happened. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was terrible customer service.You need to update your customers when you no longer utilize emails. You also need to remove the curbside sign if you are not going to use it for its purpose. Lastly, get management or supervision that knows how to properly manage employees, step up when a customer has issues and learn to apologize promptly.

We have been a long time Marco's customer, ordering delivery from this location every few weeks for almost 10 years. Recently, the last few orders I placed were canceled hours before their closing time. 3 orders in a row, within 30 mins-1 hour of placing my order I get a call from the manager that " their driver is done for the night". Then most recently I placed an order at 6:15pm, and after no pizza still at 7:45pm, I call the shop to be hung up on by the girl who answered the phone when I questioned how much longer they expected my order to be. Very disappointed, this is by far my favorite pizza but unfortunately will need to start going elsewhere.

Great timing. Placed an order, was told about an hour, delivery driver arrived in 20 minutes.Also, best Wings I've had. Cooked perfectly tender juicy and amazing.

My first time ever having Marco's Pizza and it was really good. It was easy to order online. It was made fast. The pizza tasted great. The wings and dippers were really good. It all hit the spot. Definitely going to order again.
