We loved our Pharmacy at Chapel Hill and due to the recent closing, we thought it would be easier to transition to the Marc’s Pharmacy in South Plaza. It’s been a total nightmare since day one!! Not once have went to pickup our normal meds have they been done right. We hear it’s not covered or your doctor needs to approve something. You can’t speak to any of the Pharmacists for help. They are rude and one actually said I’m busy and it’s not my problem. The funny thing is they have been proven wrong about all their lies they have said for the reason they were not filled in the first place. The kicker was my husband was prescribed a new medication that the copay was $260 for the month’s supply. When he picked it up it was in a white paper bag along with a couple other medications. He pays and leaves and runs errands. Seven hours later he takes everything out of the bag and that $260 med needed to be refrigerated! No one said anything to him and he had no idea. We call the pharmacist just to say hey maybe you should have a policy to inform your patients. Her response to me was if you are looking for a refund I’m not giving you one and hung up. I never said anything about a refund. We are in the process of transferring so we can get our life saving medication right before something serious happens!!

Kurt is the friendliest pharmacist I have ever dealt with. Been coming to this pharmacy for 13 years and will continue to do so because of him.

I felt faint while shopping 7 days ago and the manager was great providing extraordinary help with chair , water, a motorized cart ( my first time using one, and continued assistance thru checkout. Thank you to him at 360 Waterloo in Akron. The staff at the customer service desk was also outstanding, They contacted the manager quickly when I asked a customer standing in line to ask them for a chair when I started to feel faint. They also offered encouragement and appreciated concern.This is also thank you to that customer and another. This customer walked over when she saw me in distress and stood with me, offering encouragement until the manager came. I am greatly appreciative of them all. I continued to shop in the clean, spacious, store with a wide variety of fresh produce and many choices of a wide array of groceries and other items.

Pam from the pharmacy was rude on the phone. Not sure why they are so impatient with customers. Not good.

Kurt the pharmacist is fantastic. Highly recommend him and his team, all very kind and helpful. He went out of his way for me and didn't have to which in today's world is a true rarity.

Absolute worst experience I've had with the pharmacy. Been going there for over a year with never an issue. I go in today, waited 1hr for 1 script. Same script I go there for every time. Carol the pharmacist was brought out of retirement to work that day and couldn't figure out how to run it through my insurance, soI had to take it somewhere else. Never again
