Trip from hell, went to the dell, I told this old man I wanted a pound of Ham that was on sale and 1/2 of baby Swiss cheese and that I would be back. Went to produce and went to close out. Came back he was still looking for the Swiss cheese,now it's been 20 minutes , so l went to the front desk, told Amanda, she called a manager WELL that Didn't work. I have to get to pharmacy they close for lunch at 1:30 now it's 1:15 and I had to go to the bathroom, So I told the at pharmacy I was going to the bathroom,do Not close. She said it closes at 1:30 . She said she won't keep it Open. Now I'm really pissed. Finally Glen said he'll keep it open. Thanks to Amanda and Glen ! They both know that I've been sick ! That guy in the deli and that girl in the pharmacy should be fired, that girl from the pharmacy was rude. Then It's time for better Managers, someone not doing there Job !!! The place is going to HELL !!!

Usually pretty decent service. Today not so much. Went into get a few items. There was an item on sale and they were out of stock on the display. Guy at customer service desk asked an employee if they had any in the back. The employee gave him an answer. The guy behind customer service desk told me they will be available tomorrow. The stock guy says they are in the cooler if he wants to go back and get some. The guy behind the counter says it's not me. I worked my entire career in customer service based industry. And if I had something in stock I would have went back and got it for the customer. Times have changed. We'll they lost sales this trivandrum may not come back
again. Will have to go to Hartville store from now on. That store is actually .2 miles closer to my residence. Very disappointed. I decided to put my other items back and head to Hartville. A matter of principle.

They refused to give me fresh product when I ask because the product in the deli case was dry and crusty the manager Brandy tell me that it's against company policy to get fresh products. For customers also the deli had several health violations that was noticeable. I would recommend going to a different location to shop

They started running a lawn mower inside the store. Like its an actual engine supposed to be brushing the floors. It was so loud it hurt my ears.

I would not suggest going to this marcs IV had 2 negative experiences there within 3 weeks the first I was in the store not even 5 min left my bookbag up at the front like always on my way out I went to get my bag the employees are going threw it pulling everything bout an gave me some half assed apology an the 2nd I was at the service desk checking out an I had a bag with my with stuff I had purchased from other stores an employee walks up acts like she's doing something an stands there looking in my bag she looks up I said did u find what u was looking for she said I wasn't looking in ur bag turns around nodds to the security guard on my way out he says can I see ur receipt after he just saw me check out I said absolutely u wanna see what's in my bag to an here's all the receipts for everything in the bag I said I seen her nod over here to u he chuckles an says have a nice day neither time did they do anything about this

I'm an Instacart shopper. Today I was shopping an order and they were out of the cottage cheese a customer wanted. I spotted it on a cart an employee was putting away. I asked if I could have 2 of them. At first he lied to my face and said it was the same size as the ones out already. When I showed him it wasn't he sighed liked I'd asked him to make it from scratch not just take it off the cart he was putting away! I told him never mind because I didn't need the attitude! I made sure I informed my customer and Instacart. Definitely not how you should treat paying customers at all!

Been shopping here for years got a fan no bolts or nuts no polls and no return garbage customer service high prices go to Aldi way better

Prices are just okay. Amanda (I think that's her name) and maybe a Sherry at customer service are always very nice. I usually have to check out there because cashiers are far and few. My problem with Marcs is they don't ask you to punch in your number for the digital rewards. I would like to see some self serve check outs.

Marc's has a great selection of Raman noodles and soups. Creamed flavors, roast pork, several flavors of "hot & spicy" noodles. Normally I would only shop the ad there and see what seasonal closeout items Marc's has but then I found one of the best varieties of cup noodles on my end of town. They also have a really nice selection of sandwiches and salads plus the deli counter. In the freezer and cooler section they have "family" sizes of everything from shredded cheese to microwave dinners. In the seasonal department they have everything from flower and vegetable seeds to planters and yard decorations. Household items like pots, pans and skillets to baking ware. Nice variety of kitchen gadgets and utensils.
