I had an outstanding experience working with Zafeer Muhammad at Allstate! From the very beginning, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and truly had my best interest at heart. Zafeer walked me through every detail of getting set up with life insurance, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel simple and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my options.

Talked to crystal today and she was so incredibly rude. I told her that allstate was too high and that Statefarm was quite a bit cheaper, she was rude when canceling my policies and never once did she offer to try and re work numbers so I didn't switch. Not recommended 😕

Signing up with this company very easy try and cancel a policy or get a better rate forget about it go elsewhere for car insurance I'm sure it's not just this branch either. Rates go up up up and never go back down either I saved 58 dollars a month by switching and didn't have to jump through hoops to get those rates either. All and all stay away.

I cannot say enough about Mark Johnson Allstate!
Brian Hummer for years has been my right hand man!!!!!! I have numerous things that are covered through the company and have had to reach out on many occasions for one thing and another.i have always been made a priority and am so grateful for their attention and commitment. I highly recommend anybody who is on the fence!! Honestly I couldn’t be happier and appreciate the entire staff for helping my entire family with all the situations!

I had Allstate for years and it was honestly great, I only switched because my husbands insurance was a little better/ cheaper. The customer service here is amazing, the service is great, the app was helpful, I could always call and ask questions , get quotes, just talk to someone if needed about my car/home insurance.The last few times I’ve called in I’ve spoken with Dale Wassenar and he is SO helpful and nice. Honestly the entire switching insurance process was stressful and he was able to get me quotes, change my name / information, and everything so quickly. He was so nice and cracked jokes with me. 10/10 customer service.An update; through fault of my own not on all state- but Today I spoke with Brian hummer who was seriously so great, he helped me fix my policy, ensured me that things were corrected and was able to explain the process to me in a friendly and informative way.Maybe I’ll be back someday ! I can’t say enough good things about you guys.
