Customer service was great mj helped the best he could!!! Butttt we paid 126.97 for a phone that wont work at all!! Asked for a refund and thats not gonna happen! The phone didnt work when we were made to leave the store because they were closing! Smh! May 4th we bought the phone here it is may 10th and phone is still not workin! I just want a refund ughhhh

The woman who worked September 13th 2021, around noon, was a great help to me. She helped me get a phone and plan that was in my budget. I was in great need of a phone and glad I went to this store today. Thank you again for your help.

The customer service there is HORRIBLE! They are scandalous! They would add on things and over charge you for the items you DID NOT ask for. But the thing that was interesting from my visit, the worker gone say, “I NEVER KNEW NOBODY TO CHECK THEIR RECEIPT.” And that right there just tells me they didn’t think I would check my receipt to see why I was over charged and how I was taking advantage of. So, then they tried to bribe me with a case and $10 out of they pocket instead of giving me my refund back. They said they would call me when the case arrives before leaving the store. A hour or two goes by, I call up there! They says,“I will let you!.” claiming their boss was bringing the case up and NO CALL STILL and it has been two days!!!! I just don’t understand how a boss would allow this to happen! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! He should be closed down! And if I could I would give it -stars! I will be switching services after 7 years!

It started off rough but everything settled and fixed I had a great experience with metro PC I enjoy the service the product it was real good I'm thinking about going back to metro PC I don't get the service that I got from them.

It's 9:51am on Saturday 8/17/19 and the door is locked. Mind you the hours posted say they open at 9:00am. This is my first time coming to this place and I'm already not happy.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't leave -5. Bought a phone there, it sends texts 20-30 times each to the same number. Took it in and was told it's because the phone is junk. Duh, why did you sell it then? They won't replace phone, everyone I text threatens to break my fingers if I ever text them again. Customer service is a JOKE. Their attitude is we have your money and there is nothing you can do.
