The gentleman who helped me with my problem suggested the answer to my problem which was to go home and try the other SIM card I had for QLink Wireless in my phone when I had a message from the phone saying that SIM "not provisioned for voice" I went home and swapped out the SIM card and everything is working well now! A VERY sharp and VERY helpful man!
