Whoever was working may 28th day shift. Really lacked knowledge of anything asked a couple questions he gave responses that were not helpful. Then sent me out the door with no help or knowledge of how to set up my phone had to go back and ask multiple times still not a good customer service do not recommend.

Well i don't recommend metro pcs to anyone , for any reason..the people at the stores are ok.. but calling customer service is a joke..i called to change my number from another phone..should be easy to do right...well that was a week ago and my phone hasn't worked since and theu have NO record of me having an account there...someone wiped out my account!!! Ho anywhere but metro pvs for cell service

Wouldn't even give 1star! The store opened at 11:00 nobody was there left came back at 11:30 someone was there looked up never unlock the doors and never said wait a minute or anything and ignored us for the next 20 minutes you really need to get your workers in check now stopping my service with the company.

Went in to upgrade my husband's phone. Mj, the guy working is AWESOME. Very friendly, great customer service. He made the whole process super easy and quick! I've been at other MetroPcs stores and had long waits and so-so customer service. So go see Mj at the one on Darrow Road, he'll fix you up fast and stress free!
