I took a wrong turn which resulted in getting a screw in my tire. There is nothing more stressful than being on the side of the highway at night with a flat tire. I called for a tow and had them take my car and me to Midas. I was able to leave my car keys in the late night drop box along with all the needed information. At 1pm the next day I got a text that my car was ready for pickup. They were very friendly and successfully patched my tire for only $26. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a breeze.

Me and my mother have been coming here for years and the service that Leon and Jalil have showed us is wonderful. They are so kind and also discuss the problem that we have with are cars very clearly! I highly recommend coming to this place because they have great service!

Went in today and for the third time in a row when I show up for my schedule appointment they say they don't see my appointment wasted my time on top of that the guy was not very polite and didn't seem to want to help me not sure if it's because of my race or that's just how they are but this has to be the worst location I will most certainly never try to make another appointment and take my business to Goodyear like I did earlier they treated me nicely

Chuck is a class act. My daughter’s boyfriend slid in the snow on Sunday night and damaged the tie rod on his vehicle. I called the Arlington road Midas store 10 minutes before they opened on Monday morning. Chuck was accommodating and said just get the car here and we’ll get you taken care of. By afternoon, their car was as good as new. They both work full-time and are full-time college students so time without a vehicle is a huge detriment to them. Chuck took all the stress out of the situation and even helped them get 0% financing on the repair so they wouldn’t have to empty their bank accounts. Great Job Chuck and the team at the Arlington road Midas! Thank You we will be back.

Well I have been here before no issues but last night on 1/31/25. Was completely different when scheduled i chose the time frame of 4-6 , that won't happen again it's to close to the end of shift felt like it was rushed except for the amount of time I had to wait just to get my car in the bay. Also my high beam control arm worked perfectly fine before going in now the switch won't stay in place to leave on, also they don't know how to shut hoods and it's not like I'm gonna notice that until the next day when it's light out . I will probably be looking for a different location and see if they are better but S. Arlington, in Akron , Oh better get it together
