These people are the worst. I had an appointment to get my lift gate for my mobility scooter serviced. The tech literally looked at it; said I needed a new gate. They charged me $160 & did NOTHING. I went to a mechanic friend who sprayed with a super lube $5 & my lift gate works like new. These people are crooks do not give them your business especially if you're on fixed income. I do not recommend this business for anyone who needs help.

Update for 2024 14 months after my 2023 review below: Had two user caused damage issues--the sales manager, service manager and tech, Tim, looked the problems over, made the repairs and when I tried to pay said it was courtesy repair--a first for me in the hundreds of dealer interactions I've had over the years! 2023 Review: What a great place! I'm a first-time van purchaser--Todd, the sales manager, set me up with a new Honda at a great price and with the equipment I needed. Greg, a very responsive and friendly guy, was my day-to-day contact from ordering through modification. I've bought dozens of new vehicles (actually three 2023 models) and this was one of the finest purchase experiences I've had--friendly, no pressure, great information and no attempt for add ons like wax jobs and such. Todd found my ideal vehicle in Michigan and had it promptly shipped and delivered. I bought a BraunAbility van and needed a chair locking system--it was ordered to fit the power chair I already owned and expertly installed by Mike. Let me tell you about Mike and his great work: Mike in addition to being very talented is CUSTOMER FIRST. I tried to get him to take his lunch break but he wouldn't and he worked seven hours straight to get my job done. There was no surprise extra charge for the work--it was all dialed into the great purchase deal that Todd had put together for me. Saturday at Nathaniel’s Hope event in Hartville, I had the privilege of working across the aisle from Mary and Shaun who were hosting the Mobility Works booth. They were so friendly, engaging, fun and professional despite the heat and humidity. It was great fun watching the kids faces light up after tossing their beanbags and getting a prize! Wonderful people

I recently interacted with the dealership while considering a vehicle purchase. Initially, the pricing offered did not meet our expectations. After conducting our own research and pointing out comparable market rates, the dealership finally presented us with a reduced price. While I appreciate the eventual willingness to negotiate, it was disheartening that these more reasonable terms were not available from the start. It seemed as though without our due diligence, we might have faced a significantly higher cost. I was hoping for a dealership that prioritized supporting its customers—particularly service members—over maximizing profit. This experience has made me cautious and I advise others to be well-prepared with research when entering negotiations here.

Mobility Works has always been great for me in the previous school district I worked for and now the current district I am at. This time I dealt with Vinnie and Jeff on an issue with our handicap van and they went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle on the road the same day. I can't say enough good things!

I called a month ago to order a part, the woman said they would email me a quote once she passed on my information to the parts counter. I never received anything and when I called back they couldn’t give me a reason for not receiving it. Not a great way to treat a customer. I’m not sure why I couldn’t even get an email or call back. I still haven’t heard anything from them.

Call 3 different times left messages in your parts department nobody ever returned my call very unprofessional the gentleman that did answer the phone when I did. Call in there that transferred me to your parts department was very rude. I think his name was Nate wow what a way to run a business.

Just another outfit that wants to pass people off and send you to voice mail and call you back at THEIR convenience. At the end of the day, they really just want people to hand them money and walk away. Mobility Works you people can go intercourse yourselves.
