Well I didn't have a very pleasant experience with this place. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! I TOOK MY CAR THERE TO HAVE A FRONT END ALIGNMENT AND THEY HAD LEFT MY TIEROD ENDS LOOSE AND OBVIOUSLY THE CAR WENT BACK OUT OF ALIGNMENT AND ANYONE WHO HAS ANY KNOLEDGE ABOUT LOOSE TIERODS KNOW THEY WILL EVENTUALLY LOOSE TOTAL CONTROL OF YOUR CAR. THE WHEELS WILL GO ANY DIRECTION WITHOUT YOU EVEN TURNING THE WHEEL. VERY DANGEROUS! SO I HAD TAKEN MY CAR TO MERCEDES BENZ OF AKRON TO HAVE THE SERVICE DONE THAT OI PAID MR. TIRE TO PERFORM AND HAD COST ME AN ADDITIONAL 250 AND MR. TIRE OR MONRO IF YOU WISH TO CALL THEM HAVE YET TO REFUND MY 150.00FOR MESSING UP MY CAR AND PUTTING ME IN DANGER. SO CONSUMERS BEWARE IF YOU ARE SEEKING ANY TYPE OF SERVICE ESPECIALLY FRONT END ALIGNMENT DO NOT GO TO THEM!

Excellent service. I had popped a tire and they got me in the same day and had it fixed in under two hours. Would highly recommend!! They even got a cheaper tire from another store rather than making me pay an extra 150 for the one they had in stock. Very impressed. Will be back.

This place is a Godsend! I’m on vacation , very far from home, yet no where near my destination . I got a flat and didn’t have a spare. I found this place, they were closed but luckily there was a gentleman still inside. He heard my dilemma and didn’t hesitate to help. Bill Methenay, I will always be grateful for you!

These people are hands down the worst laziest low down ignorant people I know. I took my car up there Friday May 30th for them to check my cars transmission to fill it with fluid and see if it need anything else. I just picked my car up today from the same spot it was in. It was obviously moved since my driver seat and mirrors were moved I'm 5'3 and couldn't reach my own peddles so obviously they were in my car but I did NO WORK on it and I picked it up today 8 DAYS LATER. I didn't get a service or inspection report saying they did anything or fixed or filled anything up. So outside of probably taking a joy ride what did they do for my car nothing at all. I drove it right back home with nothing but lost money I spent on lyft getting to and from work

Terrible service, went in for a/c repairs they charged the shit out of me for nothing half ass job, compressor still didn't work correctly, went somewhere else and got it done right from what I was told by the other place, parts weren't on right!! Will never return!! I'll take it across town to be fixed b4 I go back to MR.TIRE ON S ARLINGTON IN AKRON OH AGAIN!!

Mr. Bill at the front desk was amazing! He provided excellent service, and I was able to get my tire changed and replaced with a new one at a fair price. I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency highly recommended!

Just got new tires here. They gave me a great priced then dropped 50 bucks off because I was able to beat the price. I love this place will definitely be coming here from now on.
