Had a deer strike on my new Kia. Erin and Jim took care of me and my car. Totally satisfied with the whole ordeal and my car came out just like new. Definitely recommend Montrose Collision

I had an area of superficial scratches on my car. Joeseph Polevka inspected my car and buffed out the superficial scratches in a few minutes. He was very professional and did not charge me for this. I had a few other older deeper scratches. He was honest and told me it would cost over $1000 to paint and fix all of those scratches and it is optional. I appreciated his integrity and not trying to upcharge me unnecessary services.

I can’t say enough great things about Montrose Collision Center. Our car sustained thousands of dollars in damages from hail while we were in SC. We worked with Jordan Lambert at Montrose. He was always professional and kept us informed as the work progressed. Not only did the outside of the car look fantastic but the inside looked as if it had been detailed.

Towed a car in there today and the key was misplaced! Gentleman in body shop even helped looking for it. Hats off to Cassandra!! I called her back and remembered I might have put the key in the gas lid. 5 minutes later she called me back to let me know she found it!! Thank you

My insurance company recommended Ford Montrose Collision Center, I never received an update on my vehicle within two weeks, I had to call them. Some parts were on back order.my vehicle sat outside for three months without being started . When I finally picked my vehicle up three months later. I drove it less than five miles , the AWD censor and Emissions system light came on and the vehicle idled while in park. I was asked to bring it back , so they could troubleshoot. The collision center was unable to fix the vehicle, they sent it to Sierra Acura. Sierra Acura, ran test and sent a video a censor needed to be replaced, my rotors and break pads. The video mentioned that this was likely from sitting in outdoor elements for a period of time . Montrose Ford cover the cost of the censor replacement.
I spoke with the director Jim, he was condescending, lack empathy, and was rude. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I was left with a bill from Acura for $1400 .
Jim spoke with the service technician from Acura who confirmed that this was likely because the vehicle sat . I was responsible for not only the bill , but transportation to pick my vehicle up from the location they sent my vehicle to. I had just replaced my rotors in Oct and breaks in January.

I had a very positive experience with Adam and his manager when recently purchasing a used Volvo. They were up front, easy to come to terms with and made the whole process stress free. I came 2 hours to get this car and very much appreciated that it was as advertised and maybe even better. Would look to them again next time I am in the market.

If you get the chance to work with Joe Polevka, you’re in great hands. He’s an excellent communicator, coordinator and overall good guy.
The repairs done by the shop were to my expectation. One small issue came up, but was dealt with IMMEDIATELY.
Highly recommend!
