Who doesn’t love a Clean and classy Frenchie. I went in @6:20 and finished around 7:25pm. I hate to be one of those clients, but my nail lady gladly took me in. So thankful for her, the sweetest and such a giggly person. Mind you this is my first time here, loved my set. Business has been slow, come get your nails done @Nail Fever.🥹💕

I will never return. The nail technician "fixed" my non-existent ingrown toenails by cutting a deep "v" into both sides of my big toes. He then proceeded to yank the nail out, causing it to bleed. I came in for a pedicure and am leaving with sore, painful, and infected toes. They should be ashamed.

Came in as a walk in. Waited an hour for a pedicure. Technician was trimming my nails and all of a sudden I feel a tug. He had “fixed” my non existent ingrown toenail with a deep v cut. He proceeded to do this with all 4 corners of my two big toes. At least 2 of the 4 corners bled. I came in with nails that needed some attention but left with painful toes and most assuredly an ingrown toenail or two. I will never go back.

Over charges for a crappy job , will not go back and definitely will tell everyone I know not to use salon.. the man that waited on me's name is Ty. He did not seem interested in what he was doing. He did not explain that what he was doing or the costs before he proceeded this is only the second time I've ever had nails put on, and I did not realize that a French manicure cost more than just a regular paint and he charged me for a fingernail that had lifted off when I thought I was just getting a fill that was supposed to be costing me $24 ended up costing me $48+ tax and tip not happy when I left... not a friendly vibe here ...

Ann and her crew are wonderful. They are friendly and I always enjoy seeing them. Ann is the owner and shes fantastic. Takes her time and comes up with neat ideas for your nail designs but also listens to what you want.

My boyfriend and I decided to get pedicures before an upcoming vacation. We thought this nail salon would be a solid choice, given the reviews, ability to make an appointment and pricing seemed to be reasonable. We arrived five minutes before our appointment time and quickly noticed that the four technicians they had were all busy with clients. After we signed in, the lady told us it would be 15 mins. We came back inside after 15 minutes and all four technicians were still with the clients they were with when we arrived. Again....the biggest reason we chose this place was that we could make an appointment to avoid having to wait. We were sat in pedicure chairs and given a small bottle of water at 325p. We didn't even have a nail tech touch our feet until 345p, at which point, we should have been done with our appointments. At 430p we were finally done and at the register paying. Imagine the shock when he gave us a price of $115 for TWO pedicures. We were charged for deluxe pedicures (without being asked if we wanted an upgrade) and they used gel polish on my toes (I didn't notice until he already applied the base coat and, at that point, was too late to tell him I wanted regular polish). We paid less in January at an upscale salon that provided a better service and overall experience (including complimentary mimosas). As we were driving away, my boyfriend looked at his toes. They cut his nails really short and didn't even file them down to be smooth on the cut edges. They were pointed in the middle and sharp. But the kicker....both of our legs were covered in residue from the green clay mask they applied during the pedicure. We assumed they did an adequate job at rinsing it off but as it dried, it became apparent that they did not. We had to wipe our legs off with cloths we had in the car so that we didn't look sloppy going into a few stores. Overall, the experience fell short of what we had expected and probably won't return in the future. Update: one day at the beach (two days post expensive pedicure) and my pinky toe has no polish on it

I made an appointment with Ann for my grand daughter's nails. At the time of making the appointment, I told them she wanted dips. Upon arrival we picked out her colors for her fingers and toes. We started with fingers, we picked out a silver and again told her dip polish. Ann paused to answer incoming phone calls and customers questions. She started to apply polish, and we told her these were supposed to be dips. Too late she prepared acrylics. They did not have her toe color but mixed 2 colors together. The gentleman which did her toes was awesome. Overpriced for the service we received.

I love it here. They are always so friendly and remember you and chat with you genuinely. Ive never had bad service. Only place I go when I need a fill or Pedi.

I used to come here about 7-8 yrs ago before I moved, never had issues. I went in today for a fill I picked a color that was on a test sample and it was assumed I wanted powder. I said no regular he said gel? I said No regular! Well... They no longer have regular polish but they are charging extra for what they do have. How does that make sense? I said just do the fill I will polish my own nails. So I got 3/4 service but was charged over what the price listed said! Not to mention he was aggravated that I didn't want their gel or powder so he sat there complaining(don't have to speak the language to know) and being rough. I hate what these places have become! I honestly wanted to give him a written "tip" "Don't be a j***** I will not ever go back!Service: Acrylic nails
