I went there one time and they had 3 different people work on my nails. One of them also made my finger bleed twice and laughed about it. Another person was on their phone the entire time instead of doing my nails. Lastly, I asked multiple times if they could go shorter and I was simply ignored. Will not be coming here again.

I was serviced by Crystal, she’s a 10/10. Great customer service, very kind and welcoming. Asked questions to make sure my nails were to my liking before setting anything in stone. Highly recommend!

I got a polish change and she charged me $25 dollars for regular polish Not gel polish. I asked her why it was so much she said that’s the new price because everything went up. Not clean, paint old, floors dirty. I won’t be back

I am not happy this visit,I come often I believe she the owner she did my brows I'm use to the young lady doing it with the strings, she waxed my brows I look like Betty Davis super thin,I ask for a mirror she act like she didn't understand me repeating myself twice. She will not ever touch my brows again only the young lady will.

i wouldn't go here the lady is very much not professional. it isn’t very clean as for when you get pedicures they don’t disinfect the bowls or sanitize them after a client. her nail arts were very much off pinterest she didn’t do them herself and wants to charge you extra for simple stuff. i got a french tip it wasn’t centered it was messy it looked like a beginner did my nails. it bad service the lady is very loud my i’m very disappointed on my nails. i took them off and now my nails are damaged and hasn’t grown it ripped some of my actual nail off aswell. they asian man he’s i would recommend if you want a basic polish no nail arts.. respectfully to save your fingers i do not recommend.

Another great experience ❤️ Same color as last time except I got two cute little moons put on. I can’t remember her name, but she was so nice. She talked to me the whole time, and tried to get to know me. I’m awkward so it made it so much better. Also the guy is also very understanding and makes sure you get what you want ❤️

Tonia did my toes and was incredible! So kind and welcoming, non-judgmental, and helpful with the color options. She gave me some pro tips for at home maintenance and held good genuine conversation throughout our session. The quality and timeliness were A1. They play good music. The facility itself is probably the best nail salon I’ve visited ever, I love the whole aesthetic of the stations.. the lobby needs a little love but let’s be real.. that’s irrelevant. I went in for a acrylic set. It wasn’t measured (put both pointer fingers together and make same length), chunky acrylic, paint job is horrible, glue and clear acrylic on the side of the nail, had hair in the polish and didn’t even take it out, has bubbles, and the acrylic is chipping after 4 days and as it chips there’s layers of polish tht was liquid and it smells horrible. Please do better and train ur employees.Service: Acrylic nails
