Employees are really friendly and helpful, even when you don’t explain things very well to them. Online ordering and in store pickup is super efficient and easy.

The Montrose store is far better than Strongsville. It may be a little out of the way for some, but the customer service and selection is great. Rewards member is worth it.

Alot of great sale prices. And I'm not a regular shopper of old navy. I will definitely be venturing in there more often.
