Employees are really friendly and helpful even when don’t explain things very well to them. Online ordering and in store pickup is super efficient and easy. The Montrose store is far better than Strongsville and may be a little out of the way for some but the customer service and selection is great. Rewards member is worth it. Alot of great sale prices and not a regular shopper of old navy will definitely be venturing there more often.
Yesterday, my son and I stopped into Old Navy to buy some summer clothes since my boy outgrew his old ones. I was helped by the nice young lady with the highlights and bangs, and boy was she the sweetest! She made us laugh and made our experience great! Thank you Old Navy!
