I stopped in on a scorching hot day. Jesse found a relay that was missing car was overheating. Air conditioning wasn’t working. He fixed the problem in about 10 seconds. I can’t say enough about Jesse and the crew. Great job. Great service.

I went to the S. Arlington store today because my windshield wipers quit working on my work truck. This is my only vehicle. Jesse helped me figure out how to fix my problem for $8. He even helped to engineer the repair right at the counter with Chris (another o reilly employee) assisting. We reinstalled the part right in the parking lot and it worked like a champ. Jesse probably saved me $300 had I taken my truck to a shop. I am really impressed with the customer service at this store. I will never go to another place for car repair needs as long as they are around. Thank you so much Jesse and O Reilly's. Gerald Boyle
