Good evening,I just went there to get regular brake pads for a 2005 Toyota s
, Dave the manager was extremely rude and got upset because I didn't need the hardware grab the receipt angry ,I said is everything okay he said that it was my fault if i was offended ,
So I left the store , I just needed regular brake pads that was all , wow just wow, the employees are amazing they show a way better example the the manager

Went for a wrench and oil. Staff guided me on exactly where the items were, and they showed me with a fast walk and kind attitude. Manager gave my kids a big whiteboard paper to have. Awesome place. Recommended

Paid for a $100+ belt tensioner was told it'd be no problem to deliver it to the other store in town and would arrive 12 pm same day. Come to find out the next day the guy at the service desk never ordered the part and no one knows where it is.
Usually things go well at O'Reilly but not this time.
***issue resolved part was ordered just misplaced. Got my part was upset over the confusion.

This was a good place but I don’t call to listen to you talk about your competitors or for you to give me advice I called to get a price and see if you had the part I’m sure you talking down about your competitors isn’t part of company policy

I know it's a long shot but I'm putting it out here any chance management gets this review on the United States Army veteran 7.3 diesel traveling home for Christmas I have my water pump is damaged the bearing is broken inside I have a lifetime warranty on this water pump from your O'Reilly Auto Parts store not in this state is there any way you can let me get a replacement I would greatly appreciate it Christmas Day if not I'll see you Tuesday morning Merry Christmas
