Everyone here is very kind and encouraging. You can tell the staff members genuinely care about your dog and their progress. So far, I’ve participated in the puppy class and am currently in the beginners class. Both classes have had wide varieties of breeds and owners & I’ve seen improvements with all dogs participating in the classes. Even if you know the basics of dog training, the structure of the class schedules and training materials that are provided have been extremely helpful and we’ve learned even more than I expected. If you follow the instructions, you’ll have a well-behaved dog. The classes are a solid combination of instructional time, training demonstrations, and time to practice the commands with your dog. There is also time for Q&A and they’ll provide hands on assistance and demonstrations for any specific issues you may be having. The puppy class included all types of information, such as basic commands training, potty/crate training, first aid, safety tips, grooming, and overall basic manners. The beginners class has continued to build on my dog’s leash, command, and impulse control skills. It’s a fun time to bond with your dog. My dog looks forward to going inside as soon as he realizes we’re in the parking lot. The facility is clean, spacious, and there’s a fenced in outdoor potty area in the back for any as-needed breaks. Definitely recommend them to everyone!

The staff really knows dogs. It's reasonably priced too! We would have taken more lessons but we moved.

Awesome people and training! I took my young dog, Bailey, here for the beginner's class to get some additional insight for training her. I wasn't expecting to have so much fun! It was amazing seeing the improvement over the weeks and now we're hooked on continuing. We moved onwards to the novice class, earned the CGC title, and now advancing to rally, and soon possibly dog shows. Bailey absolutely loves to come here and train. It was quick and easy to learn from the staff, and to teach to my dog while not in class. Every trainer has been so kind and friendly. They truly care about helping and going the extra mile. Shout-out to Susan, Elizabeth, Diana, Kathy, Nancy, Linda, and a few others for making our experience wonderful! I'm so thankful we've come here.

I have attended different classes with my dog for the past 3 yrs. Susan and her staff are always eager to encourage you & your dog to continue to grow in your partnership. Always willing to answer questions. I have started to compete with my dog with their help and encouragement.

Being a student at Papp's Dog Services has been life changing for me and my dog in the best way possible. Susan and her team of trainers are the best around, and I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone looking to improve their dog's skills and build a better and stronger relationship with their dog. My dog and I have been coming here for two years now and have experienced so much kindness and support from the Papp's family.

This is an excellent dog training school. I adopted a one year old pup who had clearly never been trained. Through the basic obedience course, he has learned so many commands and behaves so much better!

I highly recommend Papp’s for your obedience classes. I decided to go with Susan’s beginner class because they had a last minute opening that fit my schedule. After we completed the first 8 week course we decided to do the second 8 week course with the CGC test. This was where the hard work started to pay off . The entire group became very well mannered during the second 8 week course. All of the dogs in my class did great and passed the CGC test. I would absolutely recommend Papp’s for any of your dog training needs.

Papps built the perfect foundation to help my dog clover & I work together. They want success for you & your dog. As long as you follow along and work at it you’ll end up with a positive change in your dog. Clover is a different dog than when we started and I’m SO grateful for Susan and her team.

I just completed beginners training with my adopted 2 year old Labradoodle Bentley. It was great and gave me so much help in the training. Bentley was trained and we were invited to Novice class that we are attending. Thank you Angie!!

We took our 6 month old lab puppy to Papp's Dog Services for their 8 week beginner course. They taught great fundamentals of how to train a dog properly, in addition to the actual commands. They teach you proper corrections, when to give treats, when not to, etc. Overall, the value is well worth the price. They recommend spending at least 20 minutes each day between classes to work with your dog on the previous week's classes, which is vital to the successful training of your dog!
