It took me a couple months to calm down to be able to write this. I will never buy a car without looking at it myself. The salesman, techs and the third party inspector were all blind and clueless. Salesman pulled a ray charles and failed to tell me both rear bumper corners had impacts. Same with 3rd party inspector. NEVER USE LEMONSQUAD, they’ll hire anyone with a pulse and a $5 scan tool. The airbag light was on and the salesman tried to say it’s from the battery being on a trickle charger (which was replaced a month and a half prior, so why would it need to be on a trickle Charger, thanks carfax) he said they scanned it and it was nothing and it was off, which it wasn’t because it was delivered to me with the light on. I asked them before to scan it and let me know what it was ( I own a shop so it wasn’t a deal breaker depending on what it was). They tried to clear it and send it, which doesn’t work on Nissans. It ended up being something simple I was able to fix but they didn’t have to be sheisty about it.

Great experience from Perfect Auto Collection! Alan came in on his day off and while the shop was closed so we could look at and test drive a vehicle. Super easy and quick process for everything, excellent communication!

The BMW 750i I purchased out of state from Perfect Auto has had the most issues of any car I have owned in my life and while I understand it's not the dealerships responsibility if a car has mechanical issues years down the line, the problems and check engine lights began immediately after purchase and have continued since, requiring numerous mechanic visits and thousands of dollars in repairs. As of today, the air conditioning system is no longer working. It's been one problem after the next.
While I accept full responsibility for not obtaining a pre-purchase inspection, I believe the dealership could have done a better job checking this car prior to sale because there were problems since day 1. Lesson learned on my part, always inspect a car prior to purchase.

Alan was very helpful, no pressure though i did not get a car from them. I ended up getting a new amg 63gt from a dealer because i was looking for a lower milage car, he let me look at any car i wanted to see , sent pictures of other cars he got in which i found very helpful. I think over all this is a very good place to get a car from and if they had what i wanted i would have 100% gotten a car from them. Alan thanks again for being there.

I worked out a deal with these guys from Michigan on a 2020 Bentley Bentayga. I was set to come pick it up. They bent over backwards to accommodate all of my requests. Fortunately for me, and Unfortunately, for them; I heard back on my dream spec car in Michigan That I was told was sold, and I ended up closing on that car the day before I was supposed to pick up the one in Ohio. These guys were very understanding and I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them.
