The store itself is great. Everything's always stocked and the store is clean. Animals are well taken care of. I personally bought a parakeet there and have had him now for 7 years. Also, my most recent trip I had seen they have cats for adoption! Very sweet and everything already taken care. As for the staff, most are very helpful and friendly and others not so. But all in all, great place.

Called to make an appt to have my dog groomed, spoke to someone named Bri. Who told me the procedure for making an appt is “leave a note” for someone to call you back to make an appt.
What kinda clown shop do we have hear where you leave a note, wait for a call back, hope you are available to take the call to make the appt?
Huge waste of time!!!

Took my two puppies to get groomed and it was the worst grooming I have ever seen! One dog got their head groomed and not the other, feet were not trimmed nor the nails trimmed. Very expensive for a really crappy job. Don’t take your pet there!

So I bought what I thought was a dog muzzle, but it wasn’t. It was a halter which my dog can easily get off her face I needed a muzzle so I tried to take it back. Couldn’t find the receipt. Thought I could get a store credit they told me that I couldn’t get a store credit so now I’m stuck with this dog or Holter that doesn’t even fit my dog Because they need proof that I bought it there even though they sat there and watched me walk in with it but it’s cool. I’ll sell it on marketplace or something and I promise you I’ll never ever ever.shop here ever again!

The whole energy of this place is horrible. Birds in very tiny cages, smaller than a shoe box, bare shelves....The whole vibe is off. I had to get on my hands and knees to get to the cat food I needed. Ya. No.

Called at 5:30 to check if they were open. Wanted to place an order for pick up. Young gal on the phone said "oh, we aren't taking anymore orders because we close at 6:00??" This was an issue I was having early in the afternoon online! I was trying to take advantage of 20% off. I could have been to the store way before 6pm but she chose to shut me down! And that is why I don't shop there anymore!!

I made an appointment for my dog to get groomed, had the appt for 2 weeks, got there and because I accidentally choose Shetland instead of sheepdog the girl who was supposed to cut him told me sorry she didn't have time to cut him because of the breed mix up. Even though i made the appointment 2 weeks prior. Then the manager on duty did absolutely nothing. The groomer was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be taking this as far as I can take it. Never in my life have I had such bad customer service and was turned away. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS TO THIS LOCATION. AND IT WAS DIRTY AND VERY UNSANITARY!!

I'm switching to online ordering I ve been shopping here for 2 years every 3 weeks to a month spending at the very least $ 200 dollars everytime sometimes more. I was just informed to claim my rewards I have to go online everytime i shop there . The website is a pain to get to and that's alot of money I've spent to no avail. It was just the beginning my pups are only 2 years old. I would think my points would be added to my account automatically . I've inquired with staff members several times how to redeem my rewards points. I couldn't get an answer until yesterday. The employee told me unfortunately you have to go online everytime to do it yourself. I would like to know if I could ever get on the website can I use all.my past receipts to get rewards added to my account? Becuz I have most of them.
